Message From Wind.

O sweet gusty wind,
What do you bring me on this gush?
Some little glitters or
A rush of adrenaline?
I wonder, I muse!
I stand here ,
As you blow through my hair!
My eyes close.
Deceiving the vision all to blur!
I wonder how it will be?
Will it bring me the news I oblique to?
Or something that is so fatigue!
Oh tell me wind!
Whisper in my ears…
Those hisses and enlighten me.
Oh mother, the orb of light
Wake up from the hibernation.
Look about and listen!
The wind brings thus the stories unheard…
Of the loon lovers and passions shared,
Of riots and massacres,
Of sweet companionship and so on....
And fragrance from faraway places!
Wrapped in some tight bundles.
I thus cut off the senses,
And opens up my mind!
As they brush about me,
My curiosity polished,
I sigh out loud as memories rush.
A sob so soft leaves my soul.
The flaunting leafs, trembles and falls!
And then all those tears are washed off.
I open my eyes to something new.
Oh wind thus is your power,
Eternal one!
You bring a new life to me and all.
You sweep those hurdles,
And shower them with peace!
As I stand on this earth,
Bare,
Born along the ways of the great orb!
Alas, love so innocent,
So crucial, fills me to overflow!
Wind oh wind!
Thy bought me the newness of will!

What Never Quitting Does To You

I am not someone to blog long posts. If you are my regular reader you'll know that I usually blog short poems. The reason being that I am obviously lazy. But this time, I am blogging an article. This is not about any of those 'current problems of the society'  stuff, but rather something everyone had quite read and might as well as bored by now . Ya ya, the same piece of inspiring article. This one is a chapter from my own Life.

This story can be considered as the second part of my one of the previous post Pain and Regrets!  For those who missed that piece, to tell you in short, I was shut out from National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), kochin, One of the 11 best law schools of the country, for a difference of 4 marks. But that is how the system works. 4 marks or 1 mark, if you din't get it then no re-thinking, you are out of there!! And it was my dad who gave me the support every time I needed, though the NUALS incident hurt  him more than it ever did me. . .

I was emotionally crushed after that incident, but it was he, who pulled back the spirit in me to stand up and fight again. It was my dad's 'never quite no matter what' advice that put me here now!

He made me forget the NUALS  and made me try for All Kerala 5yr LLB  Entrance Examination. It was he who went through newspaper and found me a coaching class. It was him, who bought me books to refer. It was him who mend my broken spirit.

After the exam, I got worried about the result. Even though I had worked harde for this exam more than I had ever been for any, yes not even for my 10th and 12th borders did I study so much! But even then the ghost of my previous failure haunted me close... I would always say, 'If its in my fate i'll get it' and my dad he would reply 'There is nothing called fate, its the result of the hard work you put into'. And my dad was right. As my hard work did bring me the result I wanted. I passed out with 23rd rank all Kerala.

So I dedicate this post to my father, who taught me What Never Quitting Does To You !! I love you dad, thanks for all the support and encouragement. You are the world's best dad!! XOXO!!!

The Door Unlocked

Mistakes happens. Things goes bad. You curse your own people and yourself. You wants to move things but you do not find any way out. You feel like your are doomed forever. Left out. Bla Bla Bla! But the truth is that there is always  ways out. But none of us bothers to find it.

It is like you are in an empty room full of door to outside. In your panic to get out as soon as possible, you push some doors with all of your strength  but none of it opens. You get all depressed and more anxious. You realize (of course not the truth) that all doors are locked and your brain shuts down. So now you don't use your force well enough and no use either!  And finally you accept to yourself that you are stuck.

So now what? More fear and more anxiety. What you don't see is that some doors are in fact unlocked and you could not open them because it didn't use your force wisely and usefully.

This is exactly what happens in life. You Get moved to a mansion called life. There are many rooms, useful ones and dangerous ones. Your ultimate aim is to escape from this mansion without much hurt. There are servants to help you. There are guards to see to that you don't escape. In your worry to get out of the mansion you get stuck in little rooms called problems. You try to escape but you can't. There are doors called solutions waiting for you to open. But in your tension and worries you can't open a single one of them....

So now what? Get stuck in the room??? Of course not!!! You need to escape! You need to reach your goal. So here is what to do... When you get locked in tiny rooms called problems. don't panic, just trust in yourself and believe that some or the other door is unlocked and is waiting for you to  open. Be patient and you will see what patience can do for you.

Enjoy the joy of life, but try to enjoy the sadness more and you will see how much your life has changed . Always remember, Problems are only to let you know your hidden potential!!
